Firstly, I'd like to say a huge thank you to you all for your patience and understanding over the last 16 weeks, whilst we've all endured, what can only be the Strangest time of our lives!
Who'd have thought we’d miss out on at least five months of the year! If you didn’t get to celebrate your birthday during lock-down! It’s OK …. didn't celebrate! didn't happen! It’s a carry over ha ha 😁
So things here at Chapel street are moving nicely towards getting back to what is our new normality, I know it seems like forever, and for those of you waiting on routine appointments, it may still be a little while longer before we can see you, the latest fallow times and the current government restrictions on certain procedures are slowing things down just a little, but we are making great progress, and it shouldn't be too much longer before we can get back to routine appointments
We've had a few queries around costs and prices going forward for routine appointments, As we have no current guidelines on the times and restrictions that these appointments may have, as yet were unable to offer prices, its looking like another month or so before we can return to “routine”, so please, bear with us and we will get these out to you as soon as possible, we will update the website, our Facebook page and of course, we’ll email you all as soon as we have the information.
We've had some absolutely wonderful feedback from the patients that we have seen so far, From the experience that they have had in surgery, to how we’ve kept you informed on all of our actions and procedures. As you know, for us your safety is absolutely our priority…. if there's anything you'd like to talk to us about you can always call us and have a chat.
We are still here if you need us for an emergency, you can call the emergency number on 07415-917-931 and speak to one of the dentists if you're in any pain or discomfort.
