We are open!

After 78 days of closure, we are open!





What you need to know:


  • We will only be seeing emergency patients until further notice 

  • Routine care will return and we will keep you up to date

  • The practice now has a locked door policy, please don’t ring the doorbell and try and enter the practice. You can only enter with an appointment 

  • All patients private plan and NHS. If you need an appointment please email hello@chapelstreetdental.co.uk

  • We ask that you limit calls to our landline. This facility is for patients without email addresses 

  • If you have a dental emergency please call 07415 917931. We are providing this service 7 days a week.


  • We are never too busy to help you! It may take a longer for us to get back to you but all patients are a priority to us.


  • Please be aware at this time we are receiving a high volume of calls. Previously when you called someone would answer. Now we ask you to leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. 

  • Emailing rather than calling is preferred. This allows us to deal with the large number of enquiries more effectively.


  • If you want to speak to us about anything, we are never to busy please ask and a member of our team will get back to you as quickly as we can


  • Thank you to all my staff who’ve worked tirelessly during this time to ensure that everything was ready for today. We have developed outstanding protocols of safety and comfort.
