Moving forwards, Helping our patients

I'd firstly like to join my patients in thanking my wonderful team for their professionalism and work ethic in the period since the summer.

We have all faced many challenges in the past few months and I am grateful for their continued support every day.

Our patients deserve a big thank you also, for their patience, as we have successfully dealt with the backlog of work following our period of closure.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have introduced new systems and patterns of working in order to keep our patients and team as safe as possible. We continue to triage patients remotely, limit onsite visits and have eliminated the need for patients to sit in a waiting room or wait at a public reception.

As we move through the last quarter of the year continuing to move forwards and deliver a high-quality service with patients at the heart of everything we do.

There is still reduced access to services due to very high demand. As we see our patients on daily basis my focus is now on prevention of problems with their teeth in the future and improving access for all patients. We have:

  • Increased prescribing of high fluoride toothpastes and gels to prevent and treat decay

  • Reduced the amount of drilling required by utilising the very latest safe and gentle treatments

  • Opened additional sessions out of hours exclusively for children to ensure their teeth remain healthy (there is extremely high demand for his service)

  • Introduced online booking, you can now book an appointment with our hygienist yourself online on our website https://www.chapelstreetdental.co.uk

If you need us, we are here, please call 01939 232864 or email hello@chapelstreetdental.co.uk. You may need to leave us a message, but we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

It costs just £7 a month to join our dental plan, further details are on our website https://www.chapelstreetdental.co.uk

Everyone at Chapel Street hopes that you and your families are well and happy and we send you all our very best wishes.
